How to apply for funding with us

Quick answers to what founders ask before they apply for funding. Anything else? Email us at hello@getfund-startup.com.

How long does it take?

Most founders finish in about 15 minutes. If you need longer, save your spot and come back later. Your answers save as you type.

Do I need a pitch deck?

No. A deck helps, but clear answers matter more. Tell us what you’re building, who it’s for and what customers have told you so far.

What happens after I apply for funding?

We read every application against four questions: is it relevant, marketable, scalable and sellable? If it looks like a fit, we invite you to an interview. You’ll hear our decision within 2 to 4 weeks of that interview, either way.

How much should I ask for?

We invest $5k to $50k at pre-seed. Ask for the amount that gets you to your next real milestone, and tell us what that milestone is.

Can I apply from outside the UK?

Yes. We back founders everywhere, as long as the business is tech or innovation-driven.

Can I update my application later?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with anything new, such as fresh traction, a new co-founder or an updated deck, and we’ll add it.
